Instruction:

+ Step 1: Apply No Wipe Matte topcoat then cure under LED/UV light for 60 seconds

+ Step 2: Apply the colors of Ink on top of Matte TopCoat (No need to cure under the light)  then use any small brush ( like 3D brush, oval brush) with 100% acetone to create the marble effect

+ Step 3: Seal with Topcoat or Mattecoat
