Instruction:

+ Apply a thin layer of No Wipe Topcoat (Do Not Cure under the Light)  , then sprinkle Sugar on top of topcoat, then cure  for 90 seconds

+ Could Apply on top of Base coat or Gel Color or Dip Powder or Acrylic

( The Different between Flakes and Foils are Flakes thinner than Foils)

Required LED NAIL LAMP 48Watt or higher to dry the gel due to the high pigment of gel painting
